Arrakis creates plans with multiple personnel; however, it executes tasks independently and utilizes multi-talented, self-managing personnel. Because of this, we can run leaner than normal with less useless overhead. In other words, instead of providing 5 people who can each perform 1 task, we deploy 1 person who can perform 5+ tasks. While the one person may appear more expensive, having fewer multitalented clients actually saves money because there are fewer people to compensate.
